Teacher's Oolong

Hand-picked from wild-growing tea trees in Taiwan’s Xilan Mountains National Forest, this robust oolong balances the flavors of the forest with an extremely clean, mineral character. Lightly roasted at varied temperatures using traditional longan wood charcoal, the unique character of each harvest is brought out distinctly with each batch.
