Shipping policy

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €60 and charge €5.00 for orders below that price within the Netherlands. We offer free shipping to the rest of the EU and European common market for orders above €100 and charge €11.00 for orders below that price to the rest of the EU and common market. We do not presently ship beyond the member states of the EU and European common market.

We will do our best to make sure that your order is shipped within one business day of our receiving it, though sometimes it may take us just a little longer. You will receive a track and trace link by email for every shipment, so that you can follow its progress.

Please keep in mind that we are a small shop. We do our best to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Within the Netherlands, that’s usually within 2-3 days, but on occasion it may take a little longer - especially over the holidays. Shipping times to the rest of Europe will vary.
